Helpful Content Studios offers digital products and month-to-month memberships designed to help online business owners utilize AI tools effectively in their content creation. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any product or service at our discretion.

3. Membership Terms

Memberships are billed on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel your membership at any time; your access will stop immediately. No prorated refunds are available for partial months. If credit card billing fails, your access will be terminated.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products and services are sold on a final sale basis with no refunds or exchanges. Before purchasing anything from our site, please be sure it is the correct product or service for you. Our sales pages provide the information you need to make an informed buying decision, so please read them carefully before making a purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds on our downloadable products or membership programs.

Your membership is billed on a month-to-month or annual basis. You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Upon cancellation, your access to membership benefits, including digital products and the AI-generated stock image library, will end immediately.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial months. After the cancellation takes effect, you will lose access to all members-only resources and content. If you decide to rejoin at a later time, you will not be able to resume applying old pricing deals or discounts.

5. Use of Digital Products, Templates, and AI-Generated Stock Image Library

Helpful Content Studios provides access to digital products, templates, and an AI-generated stock image library as part of your membership.

All digital products and templates are licensed for personal business use only. This means you can use them to create content for your own courses, programs, marketing plans, and social media. You may not sell, redistribute, or give away any of this content as a standalone product. You also may not claim the original product as your own creation.

Digital products include but are not limited to courses, articles, newsletters, AI prompts, tutorials, lead magnets, guides, content plans, PDFs, and social media templates.

If you use any Canva templates, you must also agree to the Canva content license terms at https://www.canva.com/policies/content-license-agreement/.

AI-Generated Stock Image Library: The images in our AI-generated stock library were created and edited by the Helpful Content Studios team. You may use these images in social media, web, and print materials for commercial purposes without attribution. However, you are prohibited from:

• Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing the images in any form.

• Using the images in art competitions or submitting them as original works for awards.

By using our digital products and image library, you agree to adhere to these usage limitations. Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of your access to our products, services, and any associated communities, and may lead to legal action.

By using any provided digital assets, you agree to respect the copyrights of others.

6. Affiliate Disclaimer

Our website and digital content may contain affiliate links to third-party products and services. We may earn a commission from these links at no additional cost to you. We only endorse products we believe in, but assume no responsibility for the content, practices, or results of these third-party sites.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

• Content acquired through third-party licenses (PLR/MRR): Helpful Content Studios has obtained valid licenses to use and distribute certain materials. These materials are included for your personal business use as part of your membership. You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of this content, as such actions would violate our licensing agreements with the original creators. Your use of this content is subject to both these Terms and the terms of the original license. You do not acquire any ownership or copyrights to this content.

12. Termination and Access Restriction

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our services, including your membership and community access, for any reason, including but not limited to, a violation of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved in New Jersey.
